On Board Courier – is the service you need when NFO is not enough to cover your route, because of third party factors – customs declaration for your cargo, stop-overs on the routes (transit connection risk), or because of security reasons.
Our trained couriers are available 24/7 to personally join your cargo towards final destination, make sure each step of the journey is resolved without delay or problems. As our courier will need to fly back after delivery is completed, swap services is already included in the price quote.
Swap refers to waiting time on consignee’s location, or coming back within an agreed time frame, to pick up a return shipment (e.g. signatures applied to high importance business documents, auction confirmation acceptance, legal certification of receipt, testing a product, returning a defective part etc.).
